Gueydan - A Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Reverend Corey Campeaux will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Lisa Jane LaPointe, 64, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at Gueydan Memorial Guest Home.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Gueydan on Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Gueydan Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Natalie Broussard of Lake Arthur and Allison Hargrave of Baton Rouge; one son, Bryant Hargrave and Kandace of Spurger, TX; four sisters, Sandra Broussard of Baton Rouge, Cheryl LaPointe of Lafayette, Roxanne Marceaux of Gueydan, and Stacie Kupsa of Gueydan; one brother, Neil LaPointe of Gueydan; three grandchildren, Brylee Hargrave, Gunner Hargrave, and Kylie Broussard.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph "Buster" LaPointe and the former Wanda Jane Suire.
All funeral arrangements are being conducted by Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan (337) 536-6124.
