Lisa Lynn Lingafelt, age 66, of Green Lake, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at her home.
Lisa was born on April 8, 1957, daughter of Wilsie, Jr. and Tillie (Trost) Lingafelt. She graduated from Pulaski High School in Milwaukee, WI. Lisa had many life experiences prior to eventually planting her roots in the Ripon/Green Lake area. She worked at the Ripon Press for many years, and then became self employed. She enjoyed league bowling in her younger years, and later cherished her free time tending to her garden, canning tomatoes, watching the birds and other wildlife, and spending time with Gordy. Lisa had a passion for keeping up with the lawn and taking care of the yard. She was a caring and loving person with a servant spirit, always putting others before herself. Lisa will be deeply missed by all those whose paths she crossed.
Lisa is survived by her significant other, Gordy Haselberger of Green Lake, WI; brother, Cliff (Kathie) Lingafelt of Racine, WI, Leslie Lingafelt of Oak Creek, WI, Cheryl Jo Newman of Britton, MI; step-brother, Chuck (Doris) Kanitz; step-sisters, Carolyn (Bob) Anders and Sharon (Larry) Walker; nieces, Faith (Art), Jessie (Tim), and Shelley; nephews, Jake, Jeramie (Kate), and Luke (Erin); and great-nieces, Lydia, Kyla, Ellie, Lucy, and Tillie; and great-nephew, Riley. She is further survived by many other special nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins; other relatives; and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Wilsie Lingafelt, Jr. and Tillie (Elby, Jr.) Kanitz; step-sister, Diane (Rick) Massey; a niece, Beth; aunts and uncles; several cousins; and significant other, Gordy Henning, Jr.
A visitation will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm at Ripon Community Church, 1 Westgate Dr., Ripon, WI 54971. There will be a brief reflection following the visitation at 12:30 pm, also at the church.
