Lisa A Scheuneman

Lisa Annette Scheuneman, 62, was taken to her heavenly home on August 10, 2023. Lisa was born on November 25, 1960 in Wabasha, MN. In 1964 she was adopted by her parents, Edmond and Dorothy (Long) Rohland.
Lisa grew up in Withee, WI and graduated from Owen-Withee High School in 1978. She was united in marriage to Thomas Hamm on December 2, 1978, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee, WI. They resided in Owen, WI, where they lovingly raised their seven children together.
In 2004, Lisa met James Scheuneman and they fell in love. They married on October 14, 2006
Lisa spent her early years raising her children, because to her family was everything. She worked for various businesses around the Owen-Withee area, but most recently, she found the career of her dreams working with the kids at Owen-Withee Elementary School. Lisa enjoyed bowling, playing slot machines and bingo, farm work, and cake decorating. She was the baker of the family, making everything from cakes, cookies, and sinful desserts, but her biggest weapon was her homemade frosting. Lisa enjoyed socializing with friends, but her life passion was spending time with her family and her dog, Charlie.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Jim Scheuneman of Owen; three Sons: Travis (Stacey) Hamm of Thorp, Brandon Scheuneman of Stetsonville and Brent (Kayla) Scheuneman of Owen; five Daughters: Angela (Nathan) Petke, Megan (Jeff) Hallin, Amanda (Jim) Kroll all of Thorp, Mallory (Virgil) Hamm of Pensacola, Florida, and Paige Hamm of Owen; her daughter-in-law, Kristin (Adam) Hamm of Greenwood; 16 grandchildren: Erin, Cody, Kaylyn, Sara, EricaJo, Ashlee, Daniel, Lillyann, Payton, Brooklyn, Becca, Travis, Matt, Emma, Anna, and Karsyn; three great-grandchildren, Oaklyn, Luke, and Josie; 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
She is preceded in death by her son, Eric Hamm; grandson, Jackson Petke, her sister, Annmarie Dingfelder and her parents, Edmond and Dorothy Rohland.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 21, 2023 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Withee. The Rev. Phil Beukema officiating. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery in Withee. Family and friends are welcome from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20 at the Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Owen and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church.
