Lisa Ann Smith, 48, of Stroudsburg, passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon at her home in Stroudsburg.

Lisa was born in Ridgewood, New York on December 31, 1976, a daughter of the late Frank H. and Kathleen V. (Ward) Lewicki. Lisa was educated at PS 71 the New York City School System and spent her life as a homemaker to her husband and sons.

She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed music, anything Disney, and spending time with her family.

Surviving is her husband, David Smith of Stroudsburg, sons, Christian and Zachary Smith, also of Stroudsburg, brother, Frank Lewicki and his wife, Rafaela Dias-Lewicki of Tannersville, sister, Amanda Konkoski and her husband, Thomas of Brooklyn, New York, lifelong friend, Deanne Brown of Mount Pocono and her canine companion, Maddie.

Pastor Josh Coldren will conduct a memorial service on Saturday September 13, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. in the Yanac Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. 35 Sterling Road, Mount Pocono.

A memorial visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service in the funeral home.
