Born in Millville to the late Michael P. Rafferty and Barbara D. Locke Rafferty, she was the wife of William "Bill" Williams and they had been together for the past 40 years. Lisa enjoyed reading books on her kindle and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She adored her beloved German Sheppard, Chase and they were best buds. Lisa worked as a waitress and was a homemaker raising her family.
She is survived by; her husband, William H. Williams; children, Mary Carder (Stephen) and Barbara Irizarry (Devin); grandchildren, Jonathan, Alexis (Chris), Jalea, Krissa (Richard), Devon, Izabella, Kadence and Makenzie; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Hayden and Delanie; siblings, Michael Neff (Betty), Joe Rafferty, Russell Boyd, Herbert Gaskill and David Butenewicz (Krystal); and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by; her parents, Michael and Barbara Rafferty; and her daughter, Judith Rafferty.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 7th at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10AM to 11 AM prior to the service. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
