Lloyd Eugene Carbaugh

Pinesburg, MD – Lloyd Eugene Carbaugh, 85, of Pinesburg, MD passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at his home.
He was born on February 1, 1940, in Pinesburg, MD to the late Obern Milton Ditto and Julia Mae (Sweigert) Carbaugh.
He was a 1958 graduate of Williamsport High School.
Lloyd started working at the Williamsport Esso Station at the age of 16. Later he went on to work at Pepsi Cola in Hagerstown, MD. He was employed by MCI in Hagerstown, MD for 20 years until his retirement. After his retirement, he worked part time at Bob & Mickey's Hardware Store in Mercersburg, PA and Murray's Gun Shop in Williamsport.
He was a member of Broadfording Church of the Brethren Fellowship in Cearfoss, MD.
Lloyd enjoyed shooting, groundhog hunting, and gunsmithing.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Elizabeth (Shifflet) Carbaugh whom he married on June 14, 1958 they were married for 67 years; son Trent Lee Carbaugh and his wife Debra of Hagerstown, MD; grandchildren Owen Moon Carbaugh (Grace) and Alexandria I. Cipriano.
Besides her parents, he was predeceased by his son Drew Allen Carbaugh; grandson Arthur Drew Carbaugh; infant brother Kenneth Carbaugh; brother Roy Edward Carbaugh.
A memorial service will be held at Broadfording Church of the Brethren Fellowship on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 11:00 am with Pastor Christopher Mohler officiating. Burial services will be private.
