Logan Joe Whitt

Logan Joe Whitt, 14, of Roxboro, died on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. Born in Durham County, he was the son of Samuel Riley Whitt and Jennifer Michelle Campbell, who survive. Logan is preceded in death by his paternal-grandfather, Allen Whitt.
Logan was currently a student at Person High School. He enjoyed spending time outdoors riding his four wheeler, hunting and going fishing. Logan loved his nieces and nephew and being able to spend time with them. He also loved his brother-in-law, Chris Morasco.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Michaela Evans; maternal- grandparents: Barbara Elliott and Tommy Campbell; paternal-grandmother, Janet Whitt.
Funeral service will be held 2PM Saturday at the Brooks & White Chapel by the Rev. Herbert Brown and the Pastor Stephen Whitt. Burial will follow in the Whitt Family Cemetery on Morton Pulliam Rd., Roxboro. Visitation will be held 12-2PM Saturday at the Brooks & White Chapel prior to the service and at other times at the home.
Pallbearers will be Chris Morasco, Lee Whitt, Brent Taylor Poole, Jr., Hunter Poole, Nathan Loftis, Fisher Fuqua, Zack Martin and Hunter Gentry.
