Lois Lewis, of Annapolis, MO, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the age of 73 years, 8 months, and 28 days. She was born February 14, 1952, in Hogan, MO, a daughter of the late Earl "Greek" Jackson and Viola (Spangler) Jackson.
On June 21, 1969. Lois was united in marriage to Marion Lewis who preceded her in rest on November 15, 2006. To this union two daughters were born, Rhonda Lewis of Annapolis, MO, and Tonya Lewis and companion James Hamilton, both of whom survive.
Also surviving are two grandchildren, Korbin Ruble and wife Logan, James Austin Ruble and companion Jerrika Chilton, four great-grandchildren, Rhett, Hudson, Rowan, and Tatum; and many more loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Lois is preceded in rest by her parents, her husband Marion, two brothers, Richard Jackson and Elmer "Buck" Jackson, and two sisters, Opal May and Doris Barnes.
Lois was a proud and devoted wife and mother. She worked in the home while raising her family with her loving husband. She tended to all the family needs and took care of them with love and grace. She loved her family and showed it everyday by the care she took. Later in life, Lois went to work for the Baptist Home in the Dietary Department after Marion passed away. She attended Happy Zion General Baptist Church, and was a former Eastern Star member.
Lois was full of energy and love, laughing every chance she could. Always telling stories and loving on her people. She lived life to the fullest each and every day, and lived it with a smile. If she loved you, you were loved wholeheartedly, and you knew it. She would do anything in her power to help if she could, and always tried to look after her loved ones.
Lois Lewis was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
