Lois Mickan Obituary
Lois attended and graduated from Kingsville High. Lois later married her husband Richard Mickan, spending 50 years together and lived in Bishop Tx for many years. Lois worked at the famous King Ranch in the office and numerous other jobs. They later retired and moved to Kerrville Tx. After her husband passed away, she then moved to Austin Tx.
She loved to travel with her husband, and his brother and wife. Many wonderful memories of their travels.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother George Johnson and husband Richard Mickan. She is survived by her bother Bob Johnson and wife from Falfurrias. Sister in law Judy Thomas (Jimmy), Joyce Rice (Bob); brother in law Roger Mickan (Kathi) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Special Thanks to the staff at Symphony of Wimberley and Nightingale hospice for taking loving care of her.
Graveside services will be Friday August 25,2023 at 10:00am at Onion Creek Memorial Park 11610 Chapel Ln Austin Tx 78748.
