Loretta Scarpone Obituary

November 25, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
She was the third of five children of Michael and Carmella Curti, both predeceased, as
are her sister Rosemary, who passed before Loretta was born, her sister Marilyn (died
1997) and brother Robert (died 2022). We know they were all there to welcome her
home with joy.
Loretta grew up in Brooklyn and raised her own family there. She is survived by her
children, Vicki (Steve), Michelle, and Joseph (Christina); grandchildren Anthony,
Brittany, Christian, Gianna and Julianna; brother Michael (Darlene), brother-in-law John
and sister-in-law, Joan; ten nieces and nephews and fifteen grand nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 3 at Holy Child
Roman Catholic Church, 4747 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY
