Lori J. DeFeo, 59, of Brewster, NY, passed away on January 19, 2025. She was born December 8th, 1965, in Mt Kisco NY, to the late Arthur and Georgette DeFeo.
Lori was known for her selflessness and kind heart, always ready to help those in need without hesitation. Her generosity and compassion left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She had a deep love for nature and animals, especially owls. Throughout her life, she shared her home and heart with many cats and dogs, each one a cherished companion.
Above all, Lori cherished the time she spent with her daughter and son-in-law whom she loved unconditionally.
Lori is survived by her daughter and son in law, Nicole and Austin Oxenhirt, her significant other, Robert Daniel, and her siblings, Arthur Nelson DeFeo (Doreen) and Michele Marinace (Marshall). Lori was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Daun Marie DeFeo Johnson.
In honoring Lori's spirit, her family asks that we remember her for her boundless kindness, unwavering love, and the positive influence she had on everyone she met. She will be greatly missed.
All are welcome to attend a memorial visitation on Saturday, January 25th from 11AM-1PM at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home in Mahopac, NY. The funeral service will follow at 1PM, also in the funeral home. Her ashes will be interred with her parents at the First Presbyterian Cemetery.
