Lori Ann Loucks

On Friday, March 22, 2024, Lori Ann (Lehigh) Loucks passed away peacefully with her children by her side. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert Loucks. Lori was born in York July 28th, 1958 to the late Carl W. Jr. and Nancy (Sipe) Lehigh. She graduated from Central York High School in 1976 and spent the majority of her career with both Rutter's Farm Stores and 7-11.
Lori truly lived for her family. Throughout her life she served in many roles as daughter, sister, spouse, mother, aunt, cousin, and caretaker. Above all else, she cherished her role as a grandmother. She continually went above and beyond for her grandchildren and relished any time she spent with them. She enjoyed reading, cooking, her visits to Ocean City, and helping those around her. She gave of herself constantly, asking for little in return. Her legacy will continue to live on in each of us with whom she has nurtured and loved for generations to come.
She is survived by her children, Adam Bell and wife Kelly (Phoenixville), Rachel Myers and husband Matthew (Spring Grove); her siblings Diana Lytle and husband Michael (Dover), Connie Frey (York), Kathy Sitler and husband Gary (Lemoyne); 5 grandchildren, Gabriella, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Isaac, and Madelyn; many nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; her stepson, Urian Ramsey; and brother-in-law, John Frey.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 29th at 10am, immediately followed by a celebration of life at 11am at John W Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. – West York, 2114 W Market St York, PA 17404.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory are recommended to the American Kidney Fund.
