Lori H. Zastowny, 75, formerly of Washington, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025, at St. Luke's Anderson Hospital.

Born on October 21, 1949, in Staten Island, NY, Lori was the daughter of the late Leo and Marilyn (George) Kretz. She grew up in Staten Island and graduated from Tottenville High School, Class of 1967. Lori later moved to Washington, NJ, and eventually settled in Easton, PA in 1996.

Lori was well known and loved throughout the community, especially as the friendly bartender at Felix's Tavern for many years. She also worked at several other local establishments, including Pip's Tavern, Scotty's Stadium Club, The "R" Bar, and Schooley's Mountain Inn.

A devoted animal lover, Lori fostered over 100 dogs for Common Sense for Animals, helping each find a loving, permanent home. She was also an avid NASCAR fan, always cheering for her favorite driver, Jeff Gordon.

Lori and her beloved husband, Lee, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, a milestone filled with love and shared memories.

She is survived by her husband, Lee Zastowny; her daughters, Desiree Long (Darryl) and Danielle Lutes (C.T.); her stepdaughter, Jamie Miller; her sister, Nancy Kretz (Debbie Nykun); and four cherished grandchildren, Austyn Lutes, Sophia Long, Tyler Long and Brylee Lutes; Step- Grandchildren, Grant Hanby and Isla Miller. She was predeceased by her former husband, Robert "Swicy" Swiatovy.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. A Memorial Service celebrating Lori's life will begin at 3:30 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lori's memory to Common Sense for Animals, PO Box 589, Broadway, NJ 08808 or online at www.commonsenseforanimals.org.
