Lorraine Kilts, age 100, passed away on July 24, 2025. She was born on March 31, 1925, in Auburn, Pennsylvania, to the late Herbert and Vera (Adams) Nankivell.

Lorraine was a devoted mother to Bonnie (Frank) Larrabee, Sherry Jones, and Debbie (Vince) Burke. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Katana Duquette, and was preceded in death by her brother, Winston Nankivell.

Lorraine was a woman of grace, intelligence, and warmth. She had a passion for cooking, sewing, and traveling-especially her adventures out west with her daughter Debbie, which included visits to the Grand Canyon, Montana, Hawaii, and Las Vegas, where she enjoyed the shows and music.

A longtime member of Howell United Methodist Church, Lorraine served as a Stephen Minister, offering prayer and companionship to those in need. She was well known and respected in the Howell community through her many years as the business manager at Byron Road Medical Group.

Lorraine's legacy is one of kindness, strength, and love. She touched many lives and will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Lorraine at 11:00am with an hour of visitation beginning at 10:00am until time of service on Friday, August 1, 2025, at First United Methodist Church - Howell, 1230 Bower St, Howell, MI 48843. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lorraine's life and legacy.
