Louella J. Cook died on November 4, 2024 at Wesley Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. She was born August 27, 1964 to Frank Cook, Sr. and Darlene Cook, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by both her parents, and her brother, Frank Cook, Jr. She is survived by sister, Elizabeth Cook (Patrick McNamara) of Halstead, daughter, Autumn Pericolosi (Zack) of Wichita, grandson, Seth of Wichita; nieces, Tara Gordon (Todd) of Topeka, Misti Moon (Clayton) of Halstead, and Jade McNamara of Oklahoma City; great-nephew, Declan; great-niece Hazlie, and also many other family and friends. She was a caregiver most of her life working in nursing homes. Please join the family in a celebration of Lou's life beginning at 1pm, Friday, November 8, at the Cozine Life Events Center, 11500 E. 21st St. N., Wichita, KS.
