Born in Lancaster on September 14, 2008, he was a son of Rebecca A. (Gillenwater) Kipp, and Nathan C. Kipp.
He attended Conestoga and Lebanon High School. Lucas enjoyed fishing, football, basketball, Anime, playing video games, and loved to cook, hoping to attend culinary school someday.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, J. Blaze Kipp, of Lancaster; maternal grandparents, Brenda, wife of James Gillenwater, of New Holland; paternal grandmother, Jeanne Kipp, of Michigan; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6 p.m. at Richland Community Bible Church, 215 S. Race St., preceded by a visitation beginning at 5 p.m. Inurnment will be private.

He was friendly to me. He died too early and I'll miss him dearly. He was a good kid with good ideas and ideals. May he rest in peace.
