Lucille Hunt Obituary
Lucille Wauneka-Hunt passed March 21,2025 at San Juan Region Medical Center. Born September 15,1938 in Kin Dah Lichíí '/ Kinichee Arizona to Charley and Nazba' Wauneka. Lucille moved to the Four Corners where her and husband Slim owned and operated Sweet Meat in Waterflow New Mexico, where they raised 13 Children. She is proceeded in death by husband Raymond "Slim" Hunt, Daughters Valerie Naranjo, Monica Collins, Machelle Hunt, Nasbah Wright and Sons William Hunt, Lester Hunt, and Larkin Hunt. She is survived by her children Johnny Nelson, Ronnie Nelson, Dell Hunt and Raye Behounek, Donovan Hunt. Twenty-five Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.
Please join the family, Monday March 31,2025 at Sunset Hills Church, Kirtland NM for a time of visitation and viewing starting at 9:00 am followed by funeral services at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens. A reception will be held at First Baptist Church, 511 W. Arrington St. Farmington NM, 87401.
