Lula Mae Bills, 85, of Fayetteville, passed away on September 14, 2025 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley. 

Born July 23, 1940, at Minden, she was the daughter of the late Earl Harold and Livie (Smith) Adkins. 

Lula "Mae" Bills was a retired Daycare provider. 

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Paul Robinson and Robert L. Bills; her son, Sheldon Scott Robinson; her siblings, Harold Junior Adkins and wife, Nancy, Eddie Joseph Adkins and Franklin D. Adkins and wife, Anna Mae, Grover Lee Adkins, Beatrice Jean "Jeannie" Tucker and husband, John; sister-in-law, Debbie Adkins; and brother-in-laws, Lenwood "Tready" Heath, Cotton Davis, and James Pritt. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Teddy Joe Robinson and his wife, Loretta, Tamberia Lynn Ferrell, and Aaron Paul Robinson; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; surviving siblings, Norman Ray Adkins and his wife, Joyce of Kingston, NC, Bernice Dewey "Pete" Adkins and his wife, Patty of Michigan, Bula Mae Heath of Kingston, NC, Brenda Davis of Kingston, NC, Sheila Pritt of Fayetteville, WV; sister-in-laws, Wanda Adkins of Oak Hill and Rebecca Fernandez Adkins of Fayetteville, WV. 

In keeping with her wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill.
