A proud graduate of Wayne County Public Schools in 2002, Teka found joy in life's simple pleasures, including fashion, trying new foods, and embracing every moment with enthusiasm. She had a special way of sharing that joy with everyone around her. Teka's greatest love was her three sons---Keylon Coley, Reginald Johnson III, and Ryan Johnson. Her love for them was limitless, and they were her world.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Leroy Cuthbert.
Teka is survived by her three sons, Keylon Coley, Reginald Johnson III, and Ryan Johnson; her mother, Lula Mae Cuthbert; her brother, Leroy Cuthbert; sisters, Lashandra, Kendra, Adrian Cuthbert and Monica Lewis; nephew, Kaleel Anderson and niece Kalayjah Anderson; her aunts, Gloria Norwood, Elizabeth Wilson, Patsy Zellner and Aletha Robinson; uncles, Freddie Jones and Terry Zellner, and her children's father, Reggie Johnson. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 5 to 7:00 p.m. at Royal Funeral Home Chapel, at 247 W. Pine St, Jesup, GA 31545.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. at Jesup City Cemetery, N. First St, Jesup, GA 31545.
Services will not be live streamed.
