Lynn L. Parker, 69, of Pawnee passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at her home.
She was born March 16, 1953 in Chicago. Lynn moved to Pawnee in 1967 and was a graduate of Pawnee High School in 1971. She graduated from Illinois State University in 1975 with a degree in Physical Education K-12. Lynn married Joseph D. Parker on August 5, 1978 in Auburn.
Lynn worked at First National Bank, Barker-Lubin, and Holmes Veterinary Supply with a focus on Collections, Account Receivables, and Credit. Later, she began a career in Customer Service with Bunn Capital Corporation and finished her career as a Retail Division Manager with Bunn-O-Matic Corporation retiring in 2015 after 30 years of service.
During her life, Lynn's interests included bowling, league and tournament trapshooting, motorcycling, snowmobiling, fishing, and the sports activities of her children and grandchildren. She was also a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Auburn and served on the Pawnee School Board for four years. All of those activities, however, took second place once her grandkids came along.

Parker; three children, Justin (Michelle) Parker of Blue Mound, Jonas (Stephanie) Parker of Peoria, and Katie (Aaron) Feldkamp of Louisburg, KS; four grandchildren, Matthew and Addison Parker of Blue Mound and Graham and Jocelyn Parker of Peoria; two brothers, Lawrence "Larry" (Patricia) Goyke of Union Grove, WI and William "Bill" (Charlynn) Goyke of Pawnee; one sister, Sharon Neal of Pawnee; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Bramley Funeral Home in Auburn. Services will be Thursday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Richard R. Harre officiating. Burial will be in Horse Creek Cemetery in Pawnee.
Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (givenow.lls.org) or the Trinity Lutheran Church for support of the Comfort Dog Ministry.
