Mack Huckabee Obituary
Mack served his country in the United States Navy from 1951 to 1955. After his service in the Navy, he returned to Selmer and began working for Brown Shoe Company. In later years, he moved to Lexington, TN and continued his career with Brown Shoe Company until his retirement. Mack and Ivalee moved to Nashville in 2011 to be near their only son, Larry Neal. He departed this life on March 25, 2019 at his home in Nashville at the age of 89 Years, 18 Days.
He is survived by his son, Larry Neal Huckabee and wife Carol of Nashville; a brother, Vernon Huckabee and wife Dot of Selmer; three grandchildren, David Huckabee, James Huckabee, Paul Thompson and wife Tammy; four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Huckabee was preceded in death by two sisters, Bonnie Lodel Robinson, Virginia Maxine Brown; four brothers, Odis O'Neal Huckabee, Herbert Gordon Huckabee, J. D. Huckabee, Gale Warren Huckabee.
