Mackie Dianne Eeds, age 76 of Warren passed away Monday, September 29, 2025. She was born April 10, 1948 in Warren, Arkansas. Mackie was known for living life with her heart on her sleeves, putting others before herself and radiating kindness in everything she did.

She was famous for her homemade biscuits and loved the joy her cooking brought to others. She was often referred to as the “biscuit lady”. She had a green thumb and found great joy in gardening. She could often be found on Facebook and enjoyed seeing the world through her computer. She loved music, dancing and had a mean jitterbug.

She had an incredible ability to listen and had the best hugs. If you ever had a talk with her, she spoke of wisdom and experience, and it left a place on your heart. Her selflessness was a hallmark of her character, making her cherished by all. She was truly loved leaving laughter in her wake and brightening the dullest days.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Turner Loyde Williams and Betty Jo Cochran Webb; husbands, Mack Ables and David Eeds; one sister, Brenda Black; and one great grandchild, Lillian Johnson. She is survived by one son, Marc Ables of West Monroe, LA; one daughter, Cindy (Larry) Milligan of Waren; best friends, Linda Newsom of Texarkana, TX, Judy Gathright of Huttig; five grandchildren, Stephanie (Gary) Pruitt of Warren, Jennifer (JP) Johnson of Hermitage, Preston (Felicia) Jones of Paris, TX, Brittney (Jordan) Angell of Texarkana, TX, Michael (Krystal) Ballard of Green River, WY; eighteen great grandchildren and eight great great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton. Burial services will be private. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net.
