Malory Obert Obituary
A proud veteran, Malory honorably served his country and carried that same spirit of strength, loyalty, and integrity throughout his life. Whether he was casting a line while fishing-one of his favorite pastimes-or hunting for a good bargain, he approached life with curiosity, determination, and a twinkle in his eye.
Malory leaves behind a devoted family who will forever hold his memory close: his daughters, DD Newell (Michael) and Debbie Morris; his son, Mike Obert (Dena); as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who adored him.
He will be remembered for his sharp wit, unwavering work ethic, and the gift he had for brightening the lives of those around him. Malory's legacy of love, laughter, and cherished traditions will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
Services will be held 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family deeply appreciates the prayers and support shown during this time.

Doc was very special man. He was a pleasure having him in our church for many years. I'm sorry that I won't be able to attend his service as we've got an event scheduled for that day. Praying for the family.

Known Doc since 1970 as a new military guy at Tyndall Fuels. Was a great mentor and a valued friend. Tried to sell me a car right off the bat. That was Doc! Learned to love the man, and valued his friendship and his knowledge.
