Manny has been an Angel since birth and joins his parents, the late Georgette T. Mendonca who passed in February and the late Manuel F. Mendonca, Sr. who passed in November, in Heaven.
Manny was born on October 9, 1974, and he was raised and educated in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School with the Class of 1996. Over the past 3 and a half years, Manny gained some independence when he moved into his group home in Tewksbury. He thrived there and enjoyed his roommates and staff who took excellent care of him. The family would like to thank all the staff for the great care and love they provided to Manny.
Manny loved watching game shows, especially "The Price is Right" and he was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. The Lowell Boulevard always held a special place in his heart and he cherished time spent there with his family, especially at Heritage Ice Cream and motorcycle nights on Tuesdays.
He is survived by his siblings, Daniel M. Mendonca and his partner Karen Green of Haverhill, MA, Suzette Singster and her husband Brian of Derry, NH, and Jason V. Mendonca of Salem, NH.
