Marc Douglas Anderson

Beloved son, Marc Douglas Anderson, passed away on January 31, 2025 from a heart attack while he was at work. Very grateful to his co-workers who tried to save his life. Survived by his loving mother, Christina Tree and many loving friends. Marc was born on January 23, 1969 in San Diego, California. Marc went to East Midvale Elementary, Midvale Middle Junior High, and graduated from Jordan High School in 1987. Growing up Marc’s favorite pet was his goldfish named Goldie and also two dogs named Arnie and Tuffie. He enjoyed being in the cub scouts and boy scouts. After Marc graduated from high school he joined the Marines in February of 1988. He served in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Philippines, then went to war in Desert Storm. He was hurt in Desert Storm and was honorably medically discharged from the Marines in 1994. Marc went to work for Jiffy Lube in 1999 and in 2017 moved up to the corporate office. Marc truly enjoyed his job with Jiffy Lube and had a lot of wonderful experiences with the company and had many great friends. Marc really loved going to the movies. Marc will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
