Mr. Marc Alan Schmitt, 34, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025. He was born June 7, 1990, in Greensburg, PA, the son of Michael and Elaine Phillips Schmitt. Marc was employed by Kernersville Dodge for over 10 years and was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast. Enjoying time on his motorcycle, he also enjoyed riding Pit Bikes, Belews Lake, Ford Mustangs and his dogs, Playboy and Honcho. He was a man of few words, but the words he chose carried the weight of his thoughts. He was loved by all that knew him. He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Ralph and Marlene Phillips. Survivors include his soulmate, Hannah Scott; his cherished stepson, Caden Parrish; his parents, Michael and Elaine Schmitt of Stokesdale; his paternal grandparents, Dieter and Karin Schmitt of Mooresville; a brother, Eric Schmitt of Stokesdale; a sister, Kristina Causey (Chris) of Oak Ridge; his uncle, Kai Schmitt (Wendy) of Winston-Salem; an aunt, Sharon Sulek (Alan) of Mooresville; four cousins and many many friends. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Francis Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the funeral home.
