Mrs. Margaret H. "Marge" Gibbs, 84, of North Sewickley Twp. passed on to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, December 20th, 2021 at the Paramount Senior Living in Cranberry Twp..

Mrs. Gibbs was born in Pittsburgh to the late Irwin and Emma (Herrman) Weidle on October 26, 1937. She had graduated from Perry High School with the class of 1955. After raising her children, she worked at the Ellwood City Knitting Mill, the Riverside School District cafeteria for 17 1/2 years as a cook, and lastly for Camp Allegheny in the food service department. Margaret enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking, nature and all it had to offer, boating, waterskiing, her card club and mostly her family. She will be remembered as being kind, gentle, compassionate, and as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Powers of Hopewell Twp., Deborah (Woodrow) Hardy of Wayne Twp., Diane Bradshaw of New Castle, and Patricia Gibbs of North Sewickley Twp., grandchildren, Derrick (Amy) Powers, Sara (Jon) Marshall, Lindsay Powers, Crystal (Al) Sollazzo, Ryan (Ellen) Hardy, Heather (Brad) Shaffer, Jeremy Fox, Johnathan Fox, Jessica (Danny) Jones, Jennifer Bradshaw, and Jamie Bradshaw. and eighteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Howard W. Gibbs whom she married on August 4, 1956 and passed away on August 26, 2019, and her sister, Helen Cunningham.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Paramount Senior Living staff and the Paramount Hospice staff for the wonderful care they gave to Margaret.

A private family visitation will be held at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc.. Interment will be at the Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Mrs. Gibbs name may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
