Margaret Louise Grunow

Margaret Louise (Barrow) Grunow, 88, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at the Heritage Center.
Margaret was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 11, 1936 to the late John F. and Ruth Mae (Phillips) Barrow. She will be remembered as a loving mother and "Grandma to Everyone". She was a licensed ordained minister and a member of Creek Side Baptist Church. She loved to write poetry, read the Bible and send greeting cards.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Martha Hoagland; son, Greg Grunow (Debbie); grandchildren, Brian Partridge (Suzie), Charles Hoagland, Jared Ransom (Mandy) and Alicia Nicholson (Derrick); great grandchildren, Khloie Ransom, Trinity Ransom, Maddux Ransom, Gabe Sigler, Chloe Partridge, Kale Partridge, Krews Partridge, Kailyn Knight, Lydia Knight and Breanna Knight.
Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Partridge; her parents; and sisters, Rossie Barrow, Ruth Barrow and Helen Johnson.
A celebration of Margaret's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711. Entombment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Browning Funeral Home.
