Margaret Goff Temples, 83, of Batesburg, SC, entered into eternal rest on May 16, 2025. Born on October 26, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Lewis F. and Catherine Riddlehoover Goff. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was rooted in faith, family, and love. A woman of deep faith, Margaret was a charter member of the Batesburg Church of God, now known as Worship Fellowship Church of God. Her unwavering belief in God's grace guided her throughout her life.

Margaret will be remembered for her warm heart, strong spirit, and the love she shared with all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the lives of her family and friends, who will forever hold her memory dear.

Surviving are her two loving daughters, Rebecca (Jerry) Padgett of Monetta, SC, and Troyce (Shon) Jones of Aiken, SC. Margaret was the proud grandmother of Lauren Padgett, Waylon Black, Dana Warren, Trevor Padgett, and Troy Padgett, and a cherished great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Troy L. Temples, with whom she shared many cherished years.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
