With heartfelt sadness, the family of Margarito C. Jimenez, announces his passing at the age of 82. Marty, as he was known to everyone, passed away peacefully at his home in San Antonio, surrounded by loved ones on August 26, 2025.
Marty was born on February 22, 1945 in Quemado, TX. Marty had a strong spirit and had a passion for playing pool, the Dallas Cowboys, and cooking. His presence will be greatly missed.
He will be reunited with his angels, his beautiful wife, Rosa C. Jimenez, and his loving parents, Mauricio and Nicolasa Jimenez.
He will be deeply missed by his sons, Robert E. Jimenez, John Michael Jimenez and his wife, Ida Jimenez, and daughter Claudia Flores. He also leaves behind grandchildren and great grandchildren, Lita Carey Garcia, Nicolas Garcia, Adelita Garcia, Bryanna Rose Jimenez-Luna and her husband, Joel Luna, Adriana Jimenez and her husband, Trey Cino, and Cecilia Cino.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 9:30-1:30pm. Funeral Caring USA 2621 Mossrock San Antonio, TX 78230
Shortly after, a graveside memorial service will be held at 2:15 at Ft. Sam National Cemetery.
