Margie Dyer

Margie Dyer, 91, was called to her eternal resting place on January 24, 2024. She entered this world on August 3, 1932 in Canton, OH, born to Ernest and May Finley. Upon graduating from high school Margie worked in the restaurant industry, most notably as a waitress at The Purple Cow in downtown Canton. Some of her best times were spent at the bowling alley where she and her son David were league champions at one time. Margie was preceded in death by her husband Ben, daughter Nancy, and son Bennie. She is survived by her children David Dyer (Darla), Daniel Dyer, and Joan Wilhelm (William), and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service Wednesday January 31st 12:30 PM at Reed Funeral Home CANTON Chapel 705 Raff Rd SW Canton, Rev. Gary Smith officiating with visitation 11:00 AM until time of service.
