Maria  Hinojoza, a beloved wife and devoted mother, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025, in Colton, California, at the age of 101. Born on July 5, 1923, in Jalisco, Mexico, Maria led a life characterized by love, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her family.

As a housewife, Maria dedicated herself entirely to nurturing her family. Her days were filled with warmth and care, reflecting her belief that home is where love resides. She had an extraordinary talent for bringing joy to everyday moments, be it through her culinary skills, her thoughtful nature, or her gentle spirit. Maria’s unwavering support and love left an indelible mark on her family, creating a legacy that will endure for generations.

Maria’s steadfast dedication and nurturing disposition were the cornerstones of her character. She had a unique ability to make each family member feel cherished and important. Every meal she prepared was not just food; it was infused with her love and care, creating memories that would linger long after. Maria’s laughter was infectious, and her storytelling would captivate hearts, filling her home with joy and affection.

A visitation will be held on March 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Richardson Peterson Funeral Home, located at 123 W G St, Ontario, CA, 91762. Following the visitation, a Mass will be celebrated at the same location from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, allowing family and friends to gather in remembrance and honor the remarkable life Maria lived.

Though she is no longer with us, Maria's spirit and the love she cultivated among her family will forever echo through the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and profound love — a testament to a life well-lived. Maria  Hinojoza will be deeply missed, but her memory will always bring smiles and warmth to those who loved her.
