Maria was a bright, creative, and kind-hearted soul who brought joy and warmth around everyone around her. She had a passion for building Legos, arts and crafts, and exploring new foods – especially at local farmers markets. She was also a phenomenal nurse, who loved taking care and helping others. Her faith was central to her life, and she found strength and peace in scripture.
Above all, Maria Kristina treasured her role as an aunt. She poured her heart into making her nieces and nephews feel special. Her thoughtfulness and steady love left a lasting mark on everyone she knows.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will remember her for her generous spirit, her creativity, and the way she made every person feel loved. She is survived by her parents, Sam and Sylvia Miguel; her siblings, Janette, Jackie, and Christopher; and six nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Struve and Laporte Chapel, 41 W. San Luis Street, Salinas, Ca. 93901.
Rosary will be held at 6:00p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Struve and Laporte Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00a.m. Friday, May 16, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 22 Stone Street, Salinas, Ca. 93901

Burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 18200 Damian Way, Salinas, Ca. 93907.

My condolences to Maria's family and to all that love her. May God give you all peace and may you feel his love at this difficult time.
I had the pleasure of knowing Maria. She was always so kind she always made my feel welcomed. She would have her beautiful smile when I would
arrive to the floor to clean the rooms.
She will always be in my heart. Some people leave a foot print in our hearts and she is definitely one of those people.
I will never for get you . You were a amazing person. I am so Thankful
