Marilyn Raper Obituary
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Marilyn was born December 14, 1953, in Dumas, TX to Monte and Myrna (Tryon) Thomas.
Marilyn was a dedicated mom and was actively involved in her kid's activities even while working. She retired from Moore County Hospital District then worked 10 years at Amarillo Heart Group.
Survivors include her children, Keva Anderson and husband Nick, of McKinney, TX, Mikki Wittie and husband Mark, of Lubbock, TX, and Travis Raper, of Amarillo, TX; three sisters, Karen Granade and husband Scott Eidson, of North Richland Hills, TX, Ginger Gilley, of Amarillo, TX, and Lisa Fitts and husband Steve, of Garland, TX; father of her children, Tommy Raper, of Dumas, TX; and seven grandchildren, Skylar, Madilyn, Haley, Jordan, Hannah, Xianli, and Mason.
The family suggests memorial donations to MS Society online at nationalmssociety.org or mail to 1050 N. Post Oak Road, Ste. 240
Houston, TX 77055.

I had the privilege of working with Marilyn this past 10 years. She had a beautiful soul and was a testimony always. She had unwavering faith even in the dark times.
I will miss my friend, but I know she is praising her Lord in glory.
