Marion A. Raggio, born on October 16, 1937, in Philadelphia, PA, was a charismatic beacon of light in every room she entered. Her captivating spirit and witty humor brought an infectious joy to all who were lucky enough to know her. Marion lived a spirited and fulfilling life, dedicating herself to her faith and family. Returning to her heavenly home on January 31, 2024, Marion leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Marion's passions ranged from the simple enjoyment of sweets to the thrill of a good card game. Above all, her devotion to her family and grandchildren was unmatched.
Marion is survived by her sons Albert Raggio Jr., Anthony (Erin) Raggio and Joseph (Jennifer) Raggio. She will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Nick, Alyssa (Jared) Burch, Anthony, Jr., Michael, Christopher, Alex, Gianna, and Joseph Jr, and her numerous nieces and nephews. Marion was preceded in death by her husband Albert Sr., her parents, Mario and Mary Mancusi, her brothers, Francis and Joseph Mancusi, and her sister, Constance Grande.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at St. Dominic Catholic Church, located at 8504 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19136, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment will be private at the family's request.
