Her marriage to William H. Cronin was Saturday, August 2, 1958, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, Emmett. They spent 62 years together before William's passing on December 17, 2020.
Marge was employed by Carrolton Village senior Living Facility as office manager until her retirement in 2006. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Yale, was a lifelong homemaker, enjoyed crafts and sewing, and loved spending time with her family.
Marge is survived by her five children, Timothy (Abbe Toler) of Roanoke, VA, Thomas (Lisa) of Grand Ledge, MI, Janet Jenkins of Greensburg, IN, William (Doris) of Maryville, TN, and Judy (Kirk) Ayres of Comstock Park, MI; 13 grandchildren, Arika Cronin, Justin Cronin, Brooke (Austin) Gray, Sara (Steven Blakeley) Jorgensen, Stephen Jorgensen, Kevin (Tara) Cronin, Nathan Jenkins, Megan (Sean) Blagrave, Kyra Cronin, Joshua Cronin, Liam Cronin, Haleigh Ayres, and Lindsey Ayres; six great-grandchildren, Lachlan Knowlton, Lyra Knowlton, Elijah Gray, Amelia Gray, Miles Blagrave, Amara Blakeley; as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband William H. Cronin; daughter, Debra Cronin, brother, Richard Densmore; and sister, Betty Haley.
The family honors the memory of Marjorie and invites you to visit and share memories on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a rosary service at 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, April 4, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Yale. Rite of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Yale. Fr. Tom Keuhnemund will officiate. The burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Yale.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
