Marjorie Shellberg, 78, of Connersville, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. She was born on December 5, 1944 in Avon, Ohio to the late Robert and Sarah Martin Bowen.
Marjorie was an intelligent individual, actually, she graduated with her Bachelor's in education.
Marjorie worked in the customer service industry. She was an employee at Connersville Utilities. Marjorie retired from Connersville Utilities after 20 years of employment.
Marjorie enjoyed nature, her favorite thing was watching wild birds fly around her home. She also enjoyed relaxing while reading a novel.
She will be greatly missed by her son David (Laura) Shellberg.
Her memory will be cherished forever by her granddaughter, Lauren Shellberg and great granddaughter, Jennifer Ann Parker; special friend, Donovan M Parker, her college roommate, and friend of 60 years, Virginia Cowie; and dear friends of 30+ years, Joyce and Ron Macke.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Marsha Peterson and Martha Turner, and a granddaughter, Alexis Marie Shellberg.

Meeting her at college, being roommates and becoming like sisters. Closer to her than my own sisters ever were.
She could always make me laugh. I will always remember her kindness and being funny. I miss her greatly.
