Mark Bryan Erickson, age 61 of Minneapolis, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on November 7, 2024.
Preceded in death by his father, Daniel, his mother, Beatrice, infant twin brothers, his brother Brad, and sister in law, Janet.
Survived by his sisters, Pam, Laurie (Lee) Ware, Julie (Dennis) Emery, brothers, Mike (Sue), Bruce, many nieces, nephews, and special friend and father figure, Paul Eide.
Mark enjoyed nature, gardening, bike rides, and swimming in the nearby creeks and lakes.
He had a love for animals.
He made friends with the neighborhood raccoons, squirrels, and opossums by feeding them. He even gave them names!
Mark was very adventurous. In his early days, he hopped trains to the west coast.
Mark had a love for poetry. He has written many poems and self published a book of poems.

Mark was a great brother, and friend who was willing to help those in need.
Many will remember Mark for his infectious laugh.
He was definitely - "One Of A Kind"
A memorial service will be held in Mark's honor on Wednesday, November 13 at 5:00pm at Washburn-McReavy Nokomis Park Chapel, with a visitation beginning at 4:00pm.
