Mark R Huss

Mark R. Huss, 65, of Mentor-on-the-Lake, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022, at The Cleveland Clinic.
Born March 6, 1957, in Roseville, Minn., he had lived in Erie, Pa., before moving to Mentor-on-the-Lake 11 years ago.
Mark was an avid fan of both the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins.
He was an over-the-road truck driver, retiring in 2013, with 31 years of service. He was also the former owner of Red's Bicycle Sales & Repair in Eastlake.
Mark was the beloved husband of 10 years to Deborah A. (nee Haire) Huss; loving father of James Mark Russell Huss; son-in-law of Shirley G. (nee Baughman) Haire; dear brother of Marilyn Underhill and Bonnie (Keith) Foslien; and uncle of nieces and nephews. He also leaves his dog, Harley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Victor and Ellen Mae (nee Siebenmark) Huss; sister, Nancy Olsan; brother-in-law, James Underhill; and father-in-law, Dean Haire.
A memorial service for Mark will be held at a later date.
Donations in his name are suggested to the Ashtabula APL, American Cancer Society or the Diabetes Association.
