Mark Wilson Obituary

Mark graduated from Dallas Center-Grimes High School in 1992.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Beldon "Jack" and Donna Louise Wilson. He is survived by his cherished family, including his brothers Jerry Stroud, Brian (Kellie) Stroud, and Bob (Doris) Stroud. Mark's legacy lives on through his loving children: Jeremy Wilson, Christopher Wilson, Kailey Snider, Kennedy Knueven, Brianna Wilson, and Madi Wilson. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.
A service to honor Mark's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2024 at Sunshine Open Bible Church, located at 3100 Easton Blvd, Des Moines, IA 50317. A lunch will follow the service. We encourage you to wear Hawkeye or Cubs gear (his favorite)!
Flowers may be sent to the church prior to the service. Additionally, a celebration of life will be planned at a later date to commemorate and celebrate Mark's memory.
Mark was loved by many and will be greatly missed. His kindness, generosity, and warmth touched the lives of all who knew him.

Thoughts and prays to the whole family. Mark was a good guy. I worked with him at Casey's & I'm glad I got to meet & know him. He was Kool to be around him , he always could make me laugh when the day wasn't goin well. & He was always there when needed. & Had a shoulder to lean on; always would listen.!. He will be greatly missed!

There are so many good memories and heartfelt talks I Will always hold dear to my heart. I am so lucky to have been blessed to know Mark as I did. Thank you for everything you have done, the times you were there to laugh or cry or drop everything last minute to help us move. You will definitely be missed, I love you buddy.
