Longtime educator, teacher, principal and university professor. Graduate of Seven Holy Founders Catholic School, Distinguished alumnus of Eisenhower High School, Graduate of DePaul University and 1999 Doctoral Graduate of Loyola University.
Marlene was a longtime member and lector at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and a former officer of the Blue Island Kiwanis Club.
Visitation Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111th St., Chicago Ridge, IL 60415. Visitation Monday 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernard Church, 13030 W. 143rd St., Homer Glen, IL 60491. A live stream of the Mass is available by using this link: https://www.asimplestreaming.com/mktalaski Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, masses preferred.
