Martha McFarland Sageser, 83, wife of Robert Sageser, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023. She was born July 14, 1940, in Georgetown, Kentucky to the late J.T. and Frances Jenkins McFarland. She was an avid Hunter and Fisherwoman, member and recording secretary of the Scott County Genealogical Society.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by the couple that raised her, Bryan and Edna Robinson, brother, John Faulconer, and granddaughter, Brinna Layne Sageser
Martha will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 63 years, Rev. Robert Allen Sageser, Sr., children, Robin (Dale) Glass, Georgetown, Bryan (Kim) Sageser, Sadieville, Robert Allen Sageser, II, Georgetown, Mark (Tracie) Tackett, Nicholasville, sister, Carol Lancaster, Georgetown, grandchildren, Bryan Christian (Christiana) Sageser, Hailey Marie Sageser, Jordan Tackett, Brooke Tackett, Kaitlin Tackett, Jessica (Mark) Final, David (Emily) Southworth, Katelyn (Justin) Martin, Jessica (Jared) Jones, Alan Glass, Micah Tackett, Roba Tackett, great-grandchildren, Cade Final, Brayden Final, Haylie Southworth, Austin Southworth, Kingston Martin, Trayce Martin, Carson Sageser, Hannah Rowland, William Glass, and Addison Glass.
Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home.
Memorial donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 2167, Lexington, KY 40588.
Friends and family are encouraged to leave messages of condolence and share memories here on Martha's tribute wall.
