Martha Straley Obituary
Martha Louise Straley of Antwerp, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in Fort Wayne, Indiana at age 57.
She was born in Fort Wayne to Gloria & Harold Trzynka on March 7, 1966. After graduating from Antwerp High School in 1984, Martha married Rudy Straley Jr. in November 1985. Together, they had five children: Zach, Josh, Hannah, Hillary, and Paige.
She was a dedicated wife and loving mother. She found value in objects others didn’t, making herself into one of eBay’s first PowerSellers, and used her creativity to host elaborate Fourth of July, Christmas, and graduation parties where many cherished family memories were made.
Martha is survived by her husband, Rudy; five children; and her siblings: Paul, Philip, Peter, & Joe Trzynka, Linda Brown, Mary Jewel, & Liz Weller.
Viewing is Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 12-3 PM at the Pathway Christian Church, 12732 Spencerville Road, Harlan, Indiana 46743.
The funeral service will directly follow the viewing at 3 PM at Pathway Christian Church.
She will be laid to rest privately at Spindler Cemetery near Antwerp, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to PreBorn, Martha’s favorite non-profit, at PreBorn.org.

Flowers and other tributes may be delivered directly to Pathway Christian Church, 12732 Spencerville Road, Harlan, Indiana on Saturday, July 1st from 9 AM to 11 AM.
