We will miss Martin. We grew up with the Furman's and Martin, became closer to us as the years went by. He was a welcomed right hand guy to my father and we all appreciated his reliability, fortitude and ability to always put a smile on ones face. It will not be the same without you Monk, God rest your soul.

Martin had a great smile and laugh, and yes, he could dance though I always told him he could not; he was always willing to help in any way he could. You will be missed, your sister-in-law, Priscilla.

Monk was a very outgoing man and he was always laughing and smiling. He also liked to challenge me in a run and was a dancing machine. Monk was very caring man and loved everybody. He will be missed dearly but will always be in my heart. My prayers go out to the entire Furman family for comfort, joy, peace, rest and a sound mind during this time of bereavement and mourning. May God bless you all and remember he has y´all in the palms of his hands and he will not let you go.
Love,
