Martin Wayne "Marty" Hensley, age 61, of Dayton, passed away August 13, 2025. Martin was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 24, 1963 to the late Richard Hensley and Naomi Combs.
Martin was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Mike Hensley and Rick Brookshire.
He is survived by brother, Steve (Mary) Hensley; step-mother, Mary Murphy; nieces, Valerie Wiley and Casey Lynn; as well as his nephews, Matthew and Josh Hensley.
Martin retired from Frontier as a Driver. In his free time, he enjoyed playing the guitar. He proudly served his country as a Marine in Desert Storm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Martin's memory to the Dayton VA.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to all of the Victory Ridge staff.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek).
