Marvin Brown Obituary

Marvin was reared and educated in Pine Bluff. He worked at International Paper, retiring after 37 years, and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Marvin loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He was a member of New Home Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Delota Dennis Brown, whom he married June 8, 1963; daughter, Amy Bowlin (Doyle); daughter-in-law, Lamonica Brown; brother, Kenneth Brown (Earvina); four grandchildren, Morgan Forman (Cody), Bradley Wood, Madison Alston (Adam) and Austin Thomason; and a great granddaughter, Taylynn "Sunshine" Forman.
Preceding him in death were his parents; son, Larry Brown; two brothers; and three sisters.
Funeral service will be 2:30 PM, Monday, August 25, 2025 at Ralph Robinson and Son. Bro. Joseph Pemberton will officiate. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:30 PM until funeral time, Monday.
