Mary Ann Chastain Obituary
Mary Ann Chastain, 83, of Canton, Ohio, passed away February 28, 2025. She was born on February 5, 1942 to the late William and Virgie McMannis of Caldwell, Ohio.
Mary Ann was an avid animal lover, and she loved to visit with her family.
In addition to her parents, Mary Ann is preceded in death by her first and second husband, David Jackson and Olin Cowan; and siblings, Junior McMannis, Melba Vandevender, Ruby Roe, Sam McMannis, and Jim McMannis.
Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Louis Chastain; children, Charles Jackson, Steven R Jackson, Jeffrey Jackson, and Kevin Jackson; grandchildren, William Jackson and Jessica Jackson; and siblings, Leone Kelby, Raymond McMannis, and Susie Klintwerth.
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, Ohio.
An hour of visitation will also be held from 11:00am to 12:00pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at McVay- Perkins Funeral Home, in Caldwell, Ohio. A funeral service will follow at 12:00pm, burial will take place at Keithtown Cemetery.
