Mary Ann worked numerous jobs but the most important was being a mother. She took great pride in her family and always made time for them. Her special cookies and coffee were always made so visitors would always stop by for conversation. Mary Ann was kind, generous, and loved with her whole heart. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, gardening, dancing, and the casino.
The loving memory of Mary Ann will be forever cherished by her three children, Brian (Cheryl) Budnik of North Manchester IN, Jodi (Gary) Rucinski of Mosinee WI, and Mike (Lucia) Budnik of Janesville, WI; her grandchildren, Samantha (Andrew) Evans, Dustin (Connie) Rucinski, Matt (Hannah) Budnik, Travis (Samantha) Rucinski, Lindsey (Rylan) Porter, Jenna Budnik and Brendan Ortiz; her great-grandchildren, Madeline and Theodore Evans, and Skylar and Liam Rucinski; and many nieces and nephews.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Irene; sisters, Elaine King, Elizabeth McKenna, and Ellen Haebig; and the love of her life, Sam.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Riverview Lodge for giving her wonderful care for the past year. She loved you all. In addition, a special thank you to the staff of North Shore Hospice for the caring treatment during her final days.
