Stanislaw Budnik

Stanislaw Budnik, 61, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at his home. He was the beloved husband of his best friend, Malgorzata (Manczuk) Budnik for 35 years. Born in Poland, son of the late Zygmunt and Bronislawa (Skarzynska) Budnik, he was a New Britain resident since coming to the U.S. in 1996. Stanislaw was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in New Britain and a dedicated employee of Beacon Group in Newington for 28 years. He enjoyed fishing, visiting Glastonbury Farms, and watching soccer. He also enjoyed making people smile with his jokes. Above all, he was a loving husband and father and he will be dearly missed. Along with his wife, he leaves his two sons, Krzysztof Budnik of Bristol and Kamil Budnik of New Britain, and four siblings, Czeslaw, Antoni and his wife Celina, Stanislawa and her husband Eugeniusz, and Teresa and her husband Eugeniusz, and many nieces and nephews, all of Poland. Relatives and friends are invited to come on Sunday, July 14, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain. His funeral service will begin on Monday, July 15, at 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, New Britain.
