Mary Frances Carraway, 85, of Anderson, passed away on March 27, 2026, following an extended illness. She was born February 20, 1941, in Anderson, Indiana, she lived for 35 years in Arizona until she returned to Anderson in 2016.

Mary graduated from Anderson High School in 1959, where she was an Indianette. After graduation she attended Anderson Vocational School where she earned her Practical Nurse License. Mary retired from nursing after over 40 years of dedicated service.

Mary is survived by her two children, Jeffrey C. Dodd and Sherolyn Pardini; two granddaughters, Logan (Josh) Dodd-Frigo and Remington Pardini and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maxine M. Snowden and James J. Carraway; five siblings, Phyllis Brown, Robert Carraway, Janice Carraway, Joyce Pettit and Patricia Avila and the father of her children, Larry C. Dodd.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd Street Anderson, Indiana, 46013.

A time for sharing will begin around 1:30 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
